Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing beetbuzz — whether through a web browser on a desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile device — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who interacts with any part of the beetbuzz platform, including but not limited to the sports betting section, live casino, slots library, cashier, promotional pages, and customer support channels.

If you are accessing beetbuzz on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms. These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by the beetbuzz Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and beetbuzz.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of beetbuzz is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. beetbuzz enforces strict age verification at the point of registration and at any subsequent point where verification is deemed necessary. Any account found to be registered by or on behalf of a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended, all pending transactions will be cancelled, and any funds held will be handled in accordance with applicable responsible gaming procedures.
• Jurisdiction: You confirm that online gambling is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you in your country or region of residence. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of beetbuzz complies with all local laws and regulations. beetbuzz does not provide legal advice and makes no representation about the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are acting under guardianship or any form of legal incapacity, you are not permitted to use beetbuzz.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether placed voluntarily through beetbuzz or imposed by any other gaming operator or authority, that would restrict your participation in online gambling.
• Single account: You must not hold, or have previously held, another account on beetbuzz that has been suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these terms.

Section 3

Account Registration & Security

To place bets, play casino games, or access any real-money feature on beetbuzz, you must register a verified account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred payment method details. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in permanent account closure.

beetbuzz operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. You may not register multiple accounts using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses. Where duplicate accounts are detected, beetbuzz reserves the right to merge or close the accounts at its discretion, and any bonus funds credited to duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance obligations, beetbuzz may request supporting documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

• Password security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your beetbuzz login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party. beetbuzz will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
• Unauthorised access: You must notify beetbuzz customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation. beetbuzz will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification, but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access prior to notification.
• Account accuracy: You are responsible for keeping your registered account information accurate and up to date. If your contact details, payment methods, or personal information change, you must update your account profile promptly.
• Two-factor authentication: beetbuzz offers two-factor authentication (2FA) as an optional but strongly recommended security measure. Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised account access.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on beetbuzz are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). beetbuzz supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount via bKash and Nagad is ৳500. Minimum amounts for other payment methods are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
• Deposit processing: Deposits via mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your beetbuzz account within 30 seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to be reflected in your account balance.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of request approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take 1 to 3 business days. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review before processing.
• Payment method matching: Withdrawals must generally be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists to comply with anti-money laundering requirements and to protect account holders from fraudulent withdrawal requests.
• No third-party payments: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. beetbuzz will not process deposits from third-party accounts, and any such deposits detected will be reversed and may trigger an account review.
• Currency: beetbuzz accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied to ৳-denominated transactions. If you initiate a transaction in a different currency, any conversion costs are your sole responsibility.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

beetbuzz offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are disclosed at the point of offer. The general principles governing all beetbuzz bonuses are set out below. In the event of any conflict between these general terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds and free bets are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds must complete the full wagering cycle before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real money.
• Eligible games: Not all games on beetbuzz contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the time period stated in the promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from your account balance without notice.
• One bonus at a time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your beetbuzz account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Abuse prevention: beetbuzz reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets to reduce wagering risk, or systematically exploiting promotional structures. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be subject to permanent closure.
• Right to modify or withdraw: beetbuzz reserves the right to modify the terms of, or withdraw, any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and actively in progress at the time of the change.

Section 6

Betting Rules & Game Play

All bets placed on beetbuzz are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market, or casino game, as published within the platform at the time of play. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity on beetbuzz.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until beetbuzz's system has acknowledged and recorded it. In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during the bet placement process, it is the player's responsibility to verify whether the bet has been accepted by checking the bet history section of the account.
• Odds changes: In-play odds on live markets fluctuate in real time. beetbuzz is not liable for changes in odds between the time a bet is initiated and the time it is formally accepted by the system. Where odds change during the acceptance window, the system will notify the player of the revised odds before confirming the bet.
• Abandoned and voided events: If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fails to reach a conclusion within the timeframe specified in the applicable market rules, bets on that event will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for each sport are available within the beetbuzz sportsbook help section.
• Obvious errors: beetbuzz reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that are clearly erroneous, including but not limited to: odds published due to a technical error, human data-entry error, or a clear and demonstrable pricing mistake. Decisions regarding obvious error cancellations are made at the sole discretion of beetbuzz's trading team.
• Casino game integrity: All casino games on beetbuzz are supplied by certified third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer mechanics and are not manipulated by beetbuzz in any way.
• Maximum winnings: beetbuzz may apply maximum winning limits per bet, per market, or per session on any product. Maximum limits for specific markets are displayed within the bet placement interface and are subject to change at beetbuzz's discretion.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on beetbuzz. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, winnings forfeited, and, where required by law, the relevant activity reported to appropriate authorities.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your identity in any way during registration, verification, or any interaction with beetbuzz.
• Match-fixing and insider information: Placing bets using non-public insider information about the outcome of a sporting event, or participating in or facilitating any form of match manipulation, spot-fixing, or corruption.
• Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the beetbuzz platform, place bets, or exploit casino games in a manner not consistent with normal human play.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer game environment available on beetbuzz.
• Money laundering: Using beetbuzz as a vehicle to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. All suspicious transactions are reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider for a deposit made to beetbuzz without first contacting beetbuzz customer support to resolve the underlying issue. Chargeback attempts are treated as fraudulent activity and will result in immediate account closure.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward beetbuzz staff, agents, or other players at any time.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

beetbuzz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Registering more than one account in violation of the single-account policy.
• Evidence of underage gambling or misrepresentation of age.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, in which case a dormancy notice will be issued before any action is taken.
• A voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder via the responsible gaming tools or customer support.

Upon account closure, any genuine real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the registered payment method on file, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. beetbuzz will make reasonable efforts to process such withdrawals within 10 business days of closure.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their beetbuzz account may do so at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Requests for permanent self-exclusion are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum cooling-off period of 6 months. For temporary self-exclusion, players may choose periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months through the account settings panel.
